She works closely with the CMHA HK Board to set long-term strategic objectives that support members and the broader Hong Kong business community to increase awareness of employee mental health and improving workplace culture to create psychological safety at all levels within an organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hilleke joined CMHA HK in 2020 with over 15 years\u2019 experience in health program management and evaluation in government and not-for-profit agencies in Australia.
