Cherry joined CMHA HK in 2019 to manage the development and delivery of workplace training and has continued to shape and develop topical training modules for both member and non-member companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Upper Iowa University and a Master’s degree in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong.

Cherry has extensive training and counselling experience in Hong Kong and the Mainland and is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. Before moving into the field of mental health, Cherry worked in training design and delivery in both tertiary education and the commercial sector. Cherry is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and delivers training in Cantonese and Mandarin.
