As the CMHA HK Operations Manager, Iona works across all areas of the organisation to ensure team processes and operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of the Training Team, Iona is often the first point of contact for CMHA HK training enquiries, coordinating on training needs and all areas of logistics and support. Iona also covers all financial and reporting requirements, managing accounts and providing executive support to the CMHA HK Board and Managing Director. Iona has extensive background in supply chain, administration and operations and her previous experience includes HR and administration, vendor management, executive assistance and project coordination.
