Many employees in the workplace may be undertaking caregiving duties outside of the office, whether it be for elderly parents or loved ones with chronic physical or mental illnesses. Caregivers may experience difficulties juggling their caregiving responsibilities with demands at work. At this event, we will launch our Caring for Caregivers’ Toolkit, and explore ways in which employers can better support the mental health of caregiving employees.
