As Marketing and Communications Manager, Winnie is responsible for increasing awareness of CMHA HK as a leading organisation for workplace mental health in Hong Kong. She supports the team to grow the CMHA HK membership community and promoting its initiatives across the Hong Kong business sector. Additionally, she assesses relationships with community partners and affiliates to identify opportunities for further collaboration.

With over 20 years experience in financial public relations and the financial services sector, Winnie is a seasoned public relations practitioner. She brings a wealth of expertise in corporate communications, merger and acquisition support, crisis management, and event planning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation from the City University of Hong Kong. Now, she is excited to pivot her career to advance workplace mental health.
