In collaboration with Mind HK, we are hosting a storytelling event focused on fresh graduates and individuals who are in the early stages of their careers. The theme from Mental Health Foundation  for Mental Health Awareness Week is: Loneliness. CMHA HK and Mind HK are choosing to focus on Mental Health and Wellbeing: Early in Careers  and will explore, amongst other topics, the theme of loneliness and challenges in transitioning to the workplace. A panel of recent graduates will share their experience of adjusting to the corporate workplace with discussion including:

  • personal stories of mental health challenges
  • the types of mental health support provided by their organisations and
  • what more can be done to support those transitioning into the workplace.

The event is free and open to the public - feel free to share the invitation through your networks.
