How to Develop a Mental Health at Work Stratagy

A workplace mental health strategy sets out the goals and processes through which the company aims to develop a workplace environment which supports the mental health of all employees. The mental health strategy acts as the overarching policy document from which initiatives are generated to ensure these fit together and support each other to create a culture of mental health in the workplace. Mental health is just one pillar of overall health and wellbeing which encompasses physical, social and financial health and as such the mental health strategy should align with initiatives in the company which may address these other pillars of wellbeing.
