In the aftermath of the pandemic, we are facing a wide range of challenges and uncertainties. Although the world is gradually returning to normal, stress remains a prevalent issue. Ignoring, avoiding, or suppressing stress can have severe consequences for our physical and mental health, potentially leading to illness.

This training module aims to provide a better understanding of workplace stress, debunk misconceptions, and demonstrate how stress affects physical and mental health. You will learn how to identify your own and others' stress responses, as well as effective stress management methods and techniques. In addition, we will introduce practical self-care strategies to help you manage stress from work and life while providing appropriate support to others.
