  • Recognise the importance of workplace mental health as a key element of culture, business performance and operational resiliency in the Hong Kong finance industry
  • Discuss and share practical ways that organisations are addressing challenges related to workplace mental health

Following the event, CMHA HK plan to release a research paper, developed by Oliver Wyman, which will summarise the conclusions from the event, based on ‘Chatham House’ rules. The paper will aim to include 5-6 observations and key tangible recommendations with the aim of adding to the available resources for Hong Kong firms as they tackle this critical issue.
