Hilleke has oversight of all CMHA HK activities, supporting team members to deliver our annual program of training, events, resources and member engagement while leading on research, strategy and business development. She works closely with the CMHA HK Board to set long-term strategic objectives that support members and the broader Hong Kong business community to increase awareness of employee mental health and improving workplace culture to create psychological safety at all levels within an organisation.

Hilleke joined CMHA HK in 2020 with over 15 years’ experience in health program management and evaluation in government and not-for-profit agencies in Australia. She holds a Master of Economics and has lived in Hong Kong since 2010.
